2. Services Provided

CSWDC provides transportation services, including airport transfers, corporate events, weddings, special occasions, and many more. All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance. You can book online or by contacting our dispatch team.
  • Payment: Payments can be done via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods such as Zelle or CashApp. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the day of service. 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the pick-up time may incur a fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Cleanliness: We sometimes have back-to-back trips, so please take care of the cleanliness in the vehicle for the next customer otherwise, there will be a cleaning fee.
  • Behavior: Customers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

6. Liability: We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control.

7. Privacy Policy: We value your privacy. Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used following our Privacy Policy, which can be found Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved following the laws of the District of Columbia.
