This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between CarServiceWashingtonDC.com (hereinafter referred to as “Car Service”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Car Service offers a range of transportation services, including but not limited to:
- Airport Transfers
- Corporate Transportation
- Special Event Services (weddings, proms, parties)
- Hourly Chauffeur Services
- Party Bus Rentals
- Limousine service
2. Booking and Payment
- Reservation: All reservations must be made in advance. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards or other electronic payment methods Zelle or Cashapp.
- Confirmation: A booking confirmation and reservation invoice will be emailed to the Client once the payment is processed.
3. Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may incur a charge of up to 100% of the total fare.
4. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Car Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Force Majeure: Car Service is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that all provided information for the booking is accurate and complete.
- Clients must arrive at the designated pick-up location.
6. Code of Conduct
The Client agrees to conduct themselves respectfully during the service. Car Service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
7. Amendments to Agreement
Car Service reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the State of Maryland and Virginia.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our Car Service’s services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this Service Agreement.
