General Cancellation Terms
Notice Requirement
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee as outlined below:
- 60% of the total amount will be refunded if you cancel 72 hours or more before the service date.
- 25% of the total amount will be refunded if you cancel between 72 and 48 hours before the service date.
- No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 48 hours before the service date.
Cancellation Process
To cancel a reservation, please contact our customer service team by calling (571) 521-3094. Be sure to provide your reservation details, including your name, pickup date, and booking confirmation number.
Refunds
- If a cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, any payments made will be refunded.
- If a cancellation fee applies, the remaining balance will be refunded within the same time frame.
Special Events
For special events such as weddings, proms, or large group bookings, please note the following additional terms:
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance.
Cancellation Notice
For cancellations of special events, a minimum notice of 5 days is required to avoid full charge penalties.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
Changes to Bookings
If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change the date or vehicle type), please contact us at least 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes are subject to availability.
